My name is Melanie, I have two wonderful, growing little boys of my own and I LOVE chocolate! I am a small town photographer in the heart of Kirkland Lake Ontario with an absolute
passion for capturing everlasting memories for families and providing the best possible services that I can. I specialize in maternity, newborn and baby photography, although I also offer family shots to clients purchasing mat', nb or baby portrait sessions. <3

My adventure into photography began with the birth of my second child. I found a great interest and enjoyment in designing sets and snapping adorable photos of him all bundled up. With the encouragement and support of my husband to persue photography I jumped at the opportunity when he offered to buy me my first quality camera. I was a little discouraged when I realized once my baby grew up I would never have a little bundle to cradle in my arms again. UNTIL, (then it hit me) I decided to persue photography. Now years after my baby is grown up, I hope to never run out of future clients to hold, swaddle & capture their amazing little faces and personalities for their parents to keep forever.
It is a treasure for me to be able to offer my services to parents and families and I take great pride in being able to do so. It is even more precious to me that I am able to take part in such special moments in my clients lives knowing I was able to capture that special moment for them.
